dc.description.abstractThe Ombudsman found the duo culpable of irregular allocation of the land. The commission found that Nairobi City Council Officials made multiple allocations of the same land, first to the traders, then two private companies, Alfa traders (Moahmud and Barrow) and Golden Lime International. The CAJ established that the procedure for alienation of the land was not followed by the Nairobi City Council officials in the issuance of lease document to the private developers.en_US
