| Abstract: | It has been five years since the inception of the Commission on Administrative Justice; it has been an interesting and a challenging journey with many lessons to move us forward. The Office was established and mandated to investigate any conduct in state affairs or any act or omission in any sphere of government, as well as complaints of abuse of power, unfair treatment, manifest injustice or unlawful, oppressive, unfair or unresponsive official conduct. In this issue of The Ombudsman, we take you through the journey on the successes of the office since inception in November, 2011. |
